What if I'm not home when delivery arrives?
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. If you're not home, our driver will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to arrange a suitable time. We kindly ask that you provide a reachable contact number during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a WhatsApp message with your delivery status. You can also track your order by contacting us directly on WhatsApp at +233 597 414 498.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide across Ghana. Accra & Greater Accra — including Achimota, Dome, Legon, East Legon, Spintex, Osu, and Cantonments — get delivery in under 24 hours. Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location, whether in Accra or elsewhere in Ghana. The exact fee will be confirmed with you via WhatsApp before dispatch.
How do I pay for my delivery?
We accept payment before dispatch via MTN MoMo (Pay ID: 868157, USSD: *713*9213#, Merchant: 0597414498), Stanbic Bank transfer (Acc: 9040011549777), or cash walk-in at our store within 24 hours of ordering.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we'll contact you via WhatsApp to offer a suitable replacement or process a refund for that item. Your satisfaction is our priority.
